  • 1 pound fresh asparagus
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt to taste


Step 1

  1. Preheat grill at medium heat, and oil grate lightly.

Step 2

  1. Toss asparagus and olive oil in a bowl until coated.

Step 3

  1. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and salt onto asparagus until evenly distributed.

Step 4

  1. Place asparagus spears on grill crosswise.
  2. Cook until tips are almost blackened
  3. Turn over after 10 minutes.
