To help ensure your package is delivered within the estimated delivery time frame, please enter your shipping address accurately, including all necessary details. Using the right abbreviations, providing correct street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and including route information (if applicable) is vital for a timely delivery. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is inaccurate or entered incorrectly during the purchase process.

Important Information
The logistics information above does not apply to pre-order items.
If delivery fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address and the package is returned by the carrier, the customer will be responsible for any carrier return-to-sender fees, reshipping fees, return shipping costs, or additional carrier charges associated with the order.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.
The estimated delivery times listed in the Shipping Costs & Delivery Times table are provided by the carrier. Actual delivery times may be longer due to carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, or other events outside ASMOKE’s reasonable control. ASMOKE is not responsible for delays caused by these events.
Delivery Claims
In the event of a non-delivery, or if your tracking information indicates that the carrier delivered the package but you have not received it, please contact us within 10 days to initiate a claim. We will guide you through the claims process and, when applicable, work with the carrier on your behalf. Please be aware that claims resolution may take up to 60 days, depending on the shipping carrier used.
If shipping protection or shipping insurance was purchased at checkout, coverage is provided by the third-party protection or insurance provider. Claims must be submitted through that provider’s claim process, and any approval, reimbursement, or replacement is subject to the provider’s terms. ASMOKE may provide order or shipping information reasonably needed to support the claim.
