great smoker

this smoker has everything you need for home or away, this unit does a great job with no effort. I bought a blue tooth thermometer just so I can monitor it if I can't be near it. (Run a quick Erron) I am looking forward to years of use from my A350 couldn't be more pleased

What a mistake

Bought a replacement grill cover. Arrived with one tear and one edge not sewn. Ok, but it actually didn’t fit the grill. Close, but way too tight to cover the grill. Tried to contact customer service but as we all know, ASmoke has no customer service. Avoid, at all costs, ASmoke. I’ve tried reaching out to them many times and received nothing back. Out $79 here and way more on an AS 300 I mistakenly purchased. Avoid this outfit AT ALL COSTS!
