Not so good i have tried to initiate a return slip but store can’t find my purchase number to get a refund. The second fan bought is correct size but wrong wire configuration. Trying to get that returned and get the correct fan that is listed on website for my smoker…

Extremely Poor Customer service

The item was the wrong one, so I contacted the company to get the correct item and have had nothing but run around from some one in Delaware who speakers Chinese and does not know how to do the requested replacement. The company customer service needs to be fired and Americans hired to do this… would not recommend this product at any point…

Poor description

I tried to purchase the item that was in the picture a 120v 7w combustion fan and was sent a 12vdc fan. Trying to deal with customer service is a nightmare and they send emails that have typing over typing multiple times for some reason and it makes their response illegible. Wish I could have found this blower somewhere else but no one makes the same exact one that matches cfm and rpm.
