Warranty Policy
Limited Warranty
Our products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship (excluding paint and finish) during the Warranty Coverage Period stated below. This warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser.
During the Warranty Coverage Period, we will replace any defective part or product covered by this warranty with valid proof of purchase.
Coverage Details
During the warranty period, defective products or parts will be repaired or replaced at ASMOKE’s discretion. Original part(s) approved for return by ASMOKE's Parts Department must be returned prepaid.
The warranty period begins on the date of delivery. Warranty coverage may vary by component. Please refer to the Warranty Period and Coverage for the warranty period applicable to your specific product or part.
ASMOKE may require proof of purchase, including the purchase date, to process a warranty claim. To help evaluate your request, ASMOKE may ask for reasonable supporting information, such as photos, videos, proof of purchase, or other relevant details. In some cases, we may also inspect the product or review usage data from connected grills, in accordance with our privacy policy.
ASMOKE grills are designed with modular components, which may allow certain repairs to be completed using replacement parts and step-by-step instructions provided by ASMOKE.
If a claim is not covered by this warranty, you may be responsible for the cost of replacement parts, labor, and shipping associated with the service.

Exceptions
This limited warranty does not apply to paint, finish, cosmetic corrosion, or surface rust. The limited warranties do not cover rust or oxidation, unless there is loss of structural integrity on the grill components.
ASMOKE’s published product materials include, but are not limited to, user manuals, safety guidelines, specifications, in-app notifications, and service communications.
The following situations are not covered under this warranty:

Damage resulting from installation, operation, maintenance, repair, disassembly, or assembly that is not performed in accordance with ASMOKE’s published product materials;

Damage resulting from modifications, or improper matching or use of battery packs or chargers;

Damage resulting from the use of non-ASMOKE pellets;

Damage resulting from natural disasters;

Paint discoloration or surface damage caused by grease fires;

Damage resulting from prolonged exposure to UV, weather, or environmental aging;

Normal wear and tear over time.
This warranty is void if the product is not purchased from an authorized seller, is resold or transferred, or is used with incompatible components, accessories, or fuels not identified in ASMOKE’s published product materials.
Due to the manufacturer's lack of control over the installation, operation, cleaning, maintenance, or fuel types used, ASMOKE USA INC does not provide any written or implied performance warranties for ASMOKE grills.
Because installation, operation, cleaning, maintenance, and fuel selection are outside ASMOKE’s control, this warranty does not cover performance issues or damage caused by improper installation, operation, cleaning, maintenance, or fuel use.
ASMOKE shall not be liable for transportation charges, labor costs or export duties.
We are not responsible for items lost during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning any product for service or inspection. If shipping protection or insurance has been purchased, claims must be filed directly with the carrier or insurance provider.
ASMOKE will review each warranty claim based on this warranty policy, the information provided, and the condition of the product or part. Failure to provide the requested information or follow the required claim process may delay or affect warranty coverage.
ASMOKE shall not be liable under this or any implied warranty for incidental or consequential damages. This warranty gives the retail customer specific legal rights and the customer may have other rights which vary from state to state.
ASMOKE USA INC or its authorized ASMOKE dealers shall not be liable for any legal or other liability for incidental or indirect damages to property or persons caused by using this product. Regardless of any other type of warranty, whether express or implied by law or otherwise, the manufacturer shall not be liable for any nature of special, indirect, consequential, or other damages beyond the original purchase price of this product. All warranties of the manufacturer are listed herein, and no claims shall be made against the manufacturer for any other warranties or statements. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, nor do they allow restrictions on implied warranties, so the limitations or exclusions set forth in this limited warranty may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from one jurisdiction to another. ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY LAW SHALL IN NO EVENT EXTEND BEYOND DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF THE PURCHASE OR USE OF THIS PRODUCT, WHETHER BASED UPON CONTRACT, TORT, STATUTE OR OTHERWISE. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Maintenance Requirements
Regular cleaning helps maintain the product’s finish and extend its lifespan. Grease and ash should be removed after each use. Metal components should be kept free from moisture, salts, acids, and extreme temperature changes.
Accessories Warranty
This Accessories Warranty applies only to ASMOKE accessories purchased through official ASMOKE channels. It does not apply to consumables, normal wear and tear, misuse, cosmetic changes, or damage caused by improper use, cleaning, storage, installation, or maintenance.
