Rack of Lamb

Main Ingredients:

  • New Zealand Lamb Chops (two packs of vacuum packaging)

Marinade:

  • Oyster sauce 1 tbsp.
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp.
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp.
  • Onion powder 1 tsp.
  • Wine 1 tbsp.

Instructions:

  1. Cut the lamb chops one by one, add the marinade, and marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat the ASMOKE grill until the smoke rises, adjust to 375 degrees, place the lamb on the grill, and grill for 7-8 minutes. Finally, you can sprinkle some chili powder and BBQ powder.
