Rack of Lamb

Main Ingredients:

  • Lamb Chops (two packs)

Marinade:

  • Oyster sauce 1 tbsp.
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp.
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp.
  • Onion powder 1 tsp.
  • Wine 1 tbsp.

 

Optional: 

  • Chili Powder
  • BBQ Powder

 

Instructions:

  1. Cut the lamb rack into individual chops. Add the marinade mixture and marinate for 10 minutes
  2. Preheat your ASMOKE grill until the smoke begins to rise, then adjust to 375 F
  3.  Place the lamb on the grill and grill for 7-8 minutes (or until internal temp reaches 135 F for medium) 
  4. Sprinkle chili powder and BBQ powder to taste
