Incredible
Wow! This little smoker is fantastic! We are empty nesters but I am addicted to grilling and smoking. I have a Traeger Pellet Grill, a Weber Charcoal Grill, a Camp Chef Flat Top Griddle, an Oklahoma Joe's Wood Smoker and now this little gem. When it's just me and my wife, I can throw on a couple of steaks, a rack of ribs, a smaller brisket, burgers and dogs , chicken wings, etc. and it performs absolutely fantastic. It heats up to temperature very fast, as compared to my large Traeger, and holds a constant temperature very well. It will not be good in a huge backyard extravaganza, but for a few folks: it's perfect!
Nice Portable Grill
Great pellet grill with a lot of nice features you won’t find in others. My only gripe is the clean up of the stainless plates. The instructions say not to line it with foil. Not using any kind of liner leaves you with a lot of scrubbing to do afterwards. The asmoke pellets smell and taste amazing. The temperature readings were pretty accurate and start up was simple.

ENHANCED FLAVOR
Pour any number of liquids (sauces, cooking wines, etc.) into the designated tray and let the ASCA Technology™ get to work! The liquid will transform into superheated steam inside the grill. This micro-particle vapor will ensure your food stays moist and add a special hint of flavor, depending on the liquid you use.
SUPERHEATED STEAM
Hotter temperatures for the steam reduce the overall time needed to reach internal temperatures. This has 2 benefits. Firstly, it makes the meat much juicer, tender, and loaded with flavor. Secondly, food is cooked up to 3x faster than other grills on the market
AUTO ASH CLEANSING
Once the cooldown process begins, the steam begins to cool and collect at the bottom of the grill. This helps clean the grill for you, as well as collect built-up ash. Once you’re finished, remove the pull-out tray to dispose of the ash, and empty the grease bucket on the side of the grill.
