Cast Iron Plate

This griddle plate has allowed me to grill up some of the juiciest elk steaks I’ve ever had, all while holding the juices on the pan, rather than falling down and drying the meat out. Such a great design and easy to clear the spare juices through the drain hole. I also smoked eggs & bacon on the other side of the griddle and it gave breakfast a whole new meaning! Highly recommend this product for any style of cooking!
