It installed easy. But I’m still having issues maintaining temperature. It takes off and has over heated twice when temp was set at 250. Hopefully it will dial in at some point. I’ll try another burn in and see what happens.

Replacement Board

My ASMOKE 300 had issues maintaining temperature. I talked with the customer service representation and they were able to diagnose my issue. I purchased a new panel and we are back in business!

So far, we're back in business!

I bought the AS300 during the initial Campaign and it worked flawlessly the last two years. My last cook the temps starting going haywire and I got on the horn to ASmoke right away and even though a lot of boards had issues and they sent them out at the beginning for free - after 8 months they no longer warranty their parts (so keep that in mind when purchasing) bought it for $60 something dollars with shipping and now my smoker is back up and running better than before with temps staying closer to the read out. IF you have the older AS300 - I do suggest upgrading to the new board As i did, you may deal with some issues replacing the temp probe as my screws stripped and it's in a tough place to reach so be sure to have either bit extensions or use an extremely long phillips head. it should take you about 30 minutes if there's no issues, mine took about 2 hours cause this thing is well built and put together, there's no way to remove the back firewall or anything to make it easier if this happens to you. So even with the stripped screw and the parts, still being under $300 for the last two years of countless smokes and cooks.........well worth it.

Our smoker stopped working; I watched a number of YouTube videos to see what the problem was. I was able to decern it was the control panel, jumped online ordered one, it arrived quickly. We installed it and started smoking that day! Works like new!

What a mistake!!

So i bought my Asmoker 8/2021, could not get it to keep temperature the swings were wild. E-mailed company did what they said and did not work, bought the Asmoke pellets that did not work either, the last straw was bought another controller Borad and that was the same. Had to keep babysitting this smoker because of the temperature swings.1 year latter, i am done with this junk. Spend the extra money for a Traeger smoker.
