ASMOKE KITCHEN RECIPE - BBQ Lamb Kebab
BBQ Lamb Kebab
Main Ingredients:
- Lamb leg 2 lbs.
- 1/2 Shredded onion
- 2 shredded green onions
- Shredded ginger 20 g.
Marinated Ingredients:
- Salt
- Pepper
- Light soy sauce 1 tbsp.
- Wine 1 tbsp.
- Water 1/2 cup
Powder Ingredients:
- Thirteen incense 1 tsp.
- Chinese pepper powder 1/4 tsp.
- Cumin powder 1/2 tsp.
- Chili powder 1/4 tsp.
- 1 Egg
Instructions:
BBQ Powder:
1) Mix the main ingredients with the marinade for 10 minutes, then mix the various powders, onions, green onions, shredded ginger and marinate for 20 minutes, and finally add the cornstarch and mix well.
2) Skewer the lamb with a long stainless steel sticks and put it them into the ASMOKE smoker. Preheat it to smoke, raise to 375 degrees, grill for 5 minutes, and sprinkle BBQ powder.
