BBQ Lamb Kebab

Main Ingredients:

  • Lamb leg 2 lbs, cubed
  • 1/2 of an onion, shredded
  • 2 shredded green onions
  • Shredded ginger 20 grams

Marinade Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • Pepper
  • Light soy sauce 1 tbsp.
  • Garlic paste
  • BBQ powder
  • Water 1/2 cup

Powder Ingredients:

  • Thirteen incense spice powder 1 tsp.
  • Chinese pepper powder 1/4 tsp.
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tsp.
  • Chili powder 1/4 tsp.
  • 1 Egg


1) Mix the main ingredients with the marinade ingredients and let sit for 10 minutes

2) Mix the powder ingredients in and let marinate for an additional 20 minutes. Then add the cornstarch and mix well. 

3) Skewer the lamb cubes with a long, stainless steel stick and put them onto your ASMOKE. Preheat it to smoke, then raise the temp to 375 F and grill for 5 minutes

4) Sprinkle with BBQ powder to finish it off!
