Superb Baby Back Ribs


One rack of baby back ribs. Trim well. 2.5 to 3 pounds total



  • 3 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1/3 cup of apple juice 
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 
  • Half cup of barbecue rub


Additional Ingredients

  • 1 cup of brown sugar 
  • 3 tablespoons of warm honey 
  • 1/2 cup of apple juice 
  • BBQ sauce of choice 



  1. Mix all the marinade ingredients together and marinate the trimmed rack of baby back ribs for 10 minutes
  2. Smoke the ribs on the grill at 180 F for three hours
  3. Turn the heat up to 225 F. Then remove the ribs and place them on a piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Cover the ribs with the brown sugar, warm honey, and 1/2 cup of[ apple juice. Close up the foil, making sure it's sealed tightly, and bake for two hours at 225 F with the top of the ribs facing down
  4. Remove the foil, brush on your favorite BBQ sauce, and put the ribs back on the grill for 30-60 minutes with the lid closed until the sauce absorbs
  5. Serve with fruits and veggies and enjoy!
