BBQ Chicken Skewer

Main Ingredients:

  • Chicken
  • Scallions
  • Onion pieces
  • Pineapples
  • Green peppers 
  • Red peppers
  • Eryngii mushrooms

Marinated Ingredients:

  • Oyster sauce 1 tbsp.
  • Light soy sauce 1 tbsp.
  • Wine 1 tbsp.
  • Garlic paste 1/2 tbsp.

Powder Ingredients:

  • BBQ powder 
  • Chili powder
  • Oil 2 tbsp.


  1. Cut the chicken into small pieces, and mix the main ingredients with the marinade for about 30 minutes (or put them in a disposable food bag and store overnight in the refrigerator).
  2. Cut the green onion into half-inch pieces, cut the onion into pieces, cut the pineapple meat into pieces, remove the seeds of the green peppers and red peppers and cut them into small cubes, and cut the pleurotus eryngii into small round slices.
  3. Put the marinated chicken skewers on the BBQ skewers, and insert the scallions, onions, pineapples, and green and red peppers on the skewers.
  4. Put them on the grill in the ASMOKE smoker, wait for the smoke to rise, then adjust to 375 degrees, and grill for 7 to 8 minutes. Finally, you can sprinkle some chili powder and BBQ powder
