Rack of Lamb
Lamb Chops (two packs)
- Oyster sauce 1 tbsp.
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp.
- Garlic powder 1 tsp.
- Onion powder 1 tsp.
- Wine 1 tbsp.
- Chili Powder
- BBQ Powder
- Cut the lamb rack into individual chops. Add the marinade mixture and marinate for 10 minutes
- Preheat your ASMOKE grill until the smoke begins to rise, then adjust to 375 F
- Place the lamb on the grill and grill for 7-8 minutes (or until internal temp reaches 135 F for medium)
- Sprinkle chili powder and BBQ powder to taste
