Rack of Lamb
Main Ingredients:
- New Zealand Lamb Chops (two packs of vacuum packaging)
Marinade:
- Oyster sauce 1 tbsp.
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp.
- Garlic powder 1 tsp.
- Onion powder 1 tsp.
- Wine 1 tbsp.
Instructions:
- Cut the lamb chops one by one, add the marinade, and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the ASMOKE grill until the smoke rises, adjust to 375 degrees, place the lamb on the grill, and grill for 7-8 minutes. Finally, you can sprinkle some chili powder and BBQ powder.
