Temp no longer fluctuates!!!
DON'T BUY!!!! PIECE OF JUNK!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
I BOUGHT THIS GRILL FROM KICKSTARTER BEFORE IT WAS EVEN IN PRODUCTION. IT TOOK 6 MONTHS TO ARRIVE AND BROKE 7 MONTHS LATER WITH VERY LITTLE USE. I FILED A CLAIM FOR WARRANTY REPAIR BY EMAIL AND HAVE BEEN GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH THEIR SLOW RESPONSES FOR 3 YEARS! I HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO SPEAK TO ANYONE ON THE PHONE! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CLEARLY BASED IN CHINA. THEY NOW SAY THAT THE 3 YEAR WARRANTY I WAS PROMISED WHEN I BOUGHT THE AS300 DOESN'T COVER THE CONTROL BOARD. REALLY? AN 8 MONTH WARRANTY ON THE MOST VITAL COMPONENT OF THE GRILL? I HAVE EMAILS WHERE THEY PROMISED TO SEND THE PART FOR FREE IF I PAY SHIPPING. NEVER HAPPENED. I GOT AN EMAIL SAYING THE PART IS FINALLY IN STOCK, BUT NOW I ONLY GET FREE SHIPPING. FINE. I WILL PAY THE $70 FOR THE PART TO GET MY GRILL WORKING AND MADE THE ORDER YESTERDAY. HOWEVER, THIS PART IS NOW OUT OF STOCK, HAS BEEN OUT OF STOCK AND HAS NEVER COME BACK INTO STOCK IN 3 YEARS! I ACTUALLY PURCHASED AN AS350 WHEN IT CAME OUT FOR MY LAKE HOUSE WHICH I RARELY USE THINKING THE AS300 WOULD SURELY BE EASILY REPAIRED. I WANTED TO BE A LOYAL CUSTOMER, BUT THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE SELLING JUNK THAT DOESN'T LAST AND THEY DON'T BACK UP THEIR JUNK WITH WARRANTY OR EVEN MAKE PARTS AVAILABLE TO REPAIR THEIR JUNK.
Poor Customer service
The smoker was delivered with a part missing. The plate that allows the smoker to be used with non-Asmoke pellets. Iron piece for ASCA was missing. I needed to purchase it
Just Got this Unit and its already dead!!!
Not happy at this point with there service Department!!!!! UGH!!! Cannot even by one!!!! No parts on line etc!!!!!
