Warranty Claim

I haven't used the item yet because it was shipped to the wrong address. The reason I needed to purchase this item was because the smoker I bought came with a faulty unit. Disappointed I had to pay shipping for something that should be covered by warranty.

New circuit board

It was easy to install and it solved my problem. I smoked a tritium it came out perfect. The initial start up, it went up to 350°, but regulated itself between 145-225 on the smoke setting. I moved it up to 200° and it maintained a perfect temp. Thank you for resolving issue.

Bad customer support

a smoke will not warranty my new grill because they have a problem with the vendor I bought the grill from. (woot.com) . Had me burn through a bag of pellets and then tell me the control board is bad. Told me the board is self learning which I thought was a little strange.
