Nice addition to my portable smoker

Happy as can be with this griddle plate, double sided, one side for grilling the other side smooth. Great idea for the portable smoker. Hope to replace my Blackstone now!!

Griddle is nice

We found the griddle to be nice in design, but with the following slight issues: 1). It's a bit too thin for spreading heat, and 2). its a little rough and makes me want to sand it down and re-season it...
